Infant & Toddler
Our program is set around nurturing young children through their first years of life. We believe that one-
on one time is vital to your little one’s growth.
Pre-K 1
The curriculum we follow is packed with educational elements that might seem like fun and games to
preschoolers.
Pre-K 2
Our goal is to make learning fun for our Pre- Kindergarten class. We will create a lifelong learner. We
interact with our Pre-K on a level that they will love to ask questions and explore new subjects.
School Age
Tony’s Little Clubhouse picks up school-age children in kindergarten through fifth grade from a number of area elementary schools.
Once here, students participate in a variety of activities, from completing homework, reading for 15 minutes a day, independent living skills, arts/crafts and science experiments. Schoolers will receive a healthy snack and receive some time to unwind with outdoor play.
Infant & Toddler
- We introduce potty training in our toddler classroom
Infant class: Age 6 weeks – 17 months
Toddler class: Age 18 months- 2 years old

Our teacher will guide our infants and toddlers through the different stages of growth by focusing on gross and fine motor skills, social and emotional, music and movement, cognitive development and
sensory.
Goals and Objectives
Language Development
- Listen and respond with interest to verbal and nonverbal communication of others
- Use sounds, gestures, or actions to express needs and wants
- Imitate sounds, gestures, or words
- Show interest in songs, rhymes and stories
Fine motor
- Use hands or feet to make contact with objects or people
- Develop small muscle control and coordination
- Use different actions on objects (kicks, shakes, pats, swipe)
Gross Motor
- Move body, arms, and legs with coordination
- Demonstrate large muscle balance, stability, control and coordination
- Moves body with purpose to achieve a goal; participates in active games, outdoor play and other forms of physical movement
Cognitive Development
- Use sense to explore people, objects and the environment
- Become increasingly aware of colors, shapes, patterns and pictures
- Show ability to acquire and process new information
- Begin to notice difference in size, quantity, and distance (more, all, gone, big, little, near, far, long, short, etc.)
Social/ Emotional Development
- Begin to recognize and respond to other children’s feelings
- Express feelings and emotions through facial expressions, sounds or gestures
- Begin to manage own behavior and sow self-regulation
- Understand simple routines, rules or limitation
- Show increasing independence
Music and Movement
- Show interest and participate in a wide variety of music and songs
- Explore musical rhythms through movement, with and without instruments and props
Pre-K 1 Program

preschoolers. Preschoolers have an imagination that loves to explore new things which makes learning
fun! We use a developmental based program that is hands on with our preschoolers. Preschoolers have
such an open mind and an open heart when it comes to learning. Preschoolers are full of curiosity and
spend a great deal of time observing the world around them.
Goals and Objectives
Language and Literacy
- Recite, identify, and begin writing the alphabet
- Communicate feelings, needs and desires effectively
- Expand his/her vocabulary
- Understand that letters make sounds & compose words which have meaning
Physical
- Recognize that physical activity is both fun and healthyRecognize that physical activity is both fun and healthy
- Develop greater hand/eye coordination
- Hold writing and art instruments correctly
- Manipulate small objects such as beads, blocks, and scissors
Social and Emotional
- Show respect, kindness, patience and love towards others
- Begin to understand that our actions impact others
- Understand and obey simple directions, follow daily routine
- Develop and exhibit self-esteem, self-worth and self-control
Cognitive
- Begin to observe and understand cause and effect
- Practice matching, sequencing, identifying and predicting
- Grasp concepts of up/down, big/small, more/less, etc.
- Follow three step direction
- Begin to understand basic math and science concepts and number recognition
Pre-K 2 program
Our goal is to make learning fun for our Pre- Kindergarten class. We will create a lifelong learner. We
interact with our Pre-K on a level that they will love to ask questions and explore new subjects. We focus
on Social, emotional, Reading, Math Readiness, Understanding and Awareness, Fine Motor and Gross
Motor Skills. Empowering kids through education is the key to instilling a lifetime love for learning.
Goals and Objectives
Social and Emotional:
- Inspire and encourage positive self esteem, through mastery of new skills
- Learn to play cooperatively, sharing and using acceptable manners
- Develop language skills and verbalization, through dictating short stories and communicating needs and feeling
Fine motor
- Develop cutting, gluing and coloring skills, through daily practice on art projects that become more complex over the years
- Able to tie shoelaces, zip, button and snap
- Develop hand- eye coordination
- Use proper hand position in writing
Gross Motor
- Manage body movement when in a group while participating in physical activities/ games
- Develop balancing
- Accomplish grand movement such as: hopping, jumping, leaping, galloping and skipping
Reading and Math Readiness:
- Recognize number 1-50, understanding the meaning of numerals,
- Number concepts such as 1 dozen, through number activities and art projects
- Recognize the alphabet, A-Z, upper and lower case and put the alphabet in order
- Discern initial sounds, rhyming, opposite, etc., through word list, letter project and reading books that emphasize rhyming
Understanding and Awareness
- Know, recognize, spell and write own name, first and last using appropriate capitalization
- Understanding time concepts (months, weeks, days, before and after)
- Know birthday (month and year)
- Know left and right
- Able to investigate scientific concepts (ask questions and exploring)
